Fall is the best time to prepare for winter seasonal depression! Learn from a world-renowned expert about how to overcome the miseries that millions experience with the changing seasons. Our presenter, Dr. Norman Rosenthal, is an esteemed researcher and psychiatrist who led the team that first described Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and pioneered the use of bright light therapy to treat it. Dr. Rosenthal is also the author of a landmark new book, entitled Defeating SAD. Learn about different approaches for defeating SAD, including cognitive behavioral approaches, diet, exercise, medication, and meditation. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask Dr. Rosenthal questions. This presentation is made possible by a partnership between LFV and FHNN.
