This workshop will include a warm-up and some standing and seated  dance activities.  Each person can accommodate their own needs and abilities.
For over 30 years Nancy Havlik has presented interactive dance movement workshops to older adults sponsored by Arts for the Aging and has directed Quicksilver, a dance company of performers 65 years of age and older.  Havlik has studied with many dance icons  including  Robert Dunn, Simone Forte and Wendy Woodson.  She has presented her own choreography through her company,  Dance Performance Group   Havlik believes deeply in the power of dance/movement to bring  joy to life.
