2:30-3:30 pm
Balance can be improved at any age through the right exercises! Join Erika Campbell, Personal Trainer from Newfoundland, Canada representing Vitality Fitness and Wellness, for an interactive class to learn tips and perform exercises to improve your balance. During this interactive class, we will perform balance exercises, strength exercises, and gentle stretches. Please have a sturdy chair, a light set of weights, and a supportive pair of shoes. Set up your camera to show your body so we can best guide participants in the class.
This presentation is for FHNN and Little Falls Village members and volunteers as part of our collaboration. Register online. FHNN Members and volunteers who need help registering can email information.fhnn@gmail.com with Balance in the subject line. There is no charge for this introductory program, but space is limited.
