Falls are the leading cause of injuries among older adults. One in four Americans aged 65+ experiences a fall each year. There are several very basic things we can all do to lessen our chances of a fall. Come out to learn more! Our presenter, Kristy Duke, is part of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Community Risk Reduction team. For nearly 20 years, Kristy has been working with seniors and people with disabilities.
