VIRTUAL MEDITATION. Wednesdays, 10:30 am – noon. Newcomers and more experienced meditators are all welcome to join this ongoing, drop-in meditation group. Taking turns as meditation guides, we continue to reinforce our mindfulness meditation practice that includes 20 silent meditation, followed by a reading and discussion on a selected mindfulness topic.
