(Previously called "Virtual Meditation") Newcomers and more experienced meditators are all welcome to join this ongoing, drop-in meditation group. Taking turns as meditation guides, we continue to reinforce our mindfulness meditation practice that includes a 20-minute silent meditation, followed by a reading and discussion on a selected mindfulness topic.
