Drawing on his own awakening experiences and years of teaching, renowned mindfulness teacher Henry Shukman will discuss how to ease troubles and find the highest possible happiness. Learn about Henry’s first awakening and how finding meditation helped him deepen his spiritual life.


Henry will also speak about:


—Reducing stress, anxiety, and depression

—Relaxing the mind and body

—Easing feelings of worry, regret, anger, and irritation

—Improving decision-making and executive functioning 


Henry is an authorized Zen Master in the Sanbo Zen lineage, and a spiritual director emeritus of Mountain Cloud Zen Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is co-founder of the single-path meditation app The Way, and holds an M.A. from Cambridge and an M.Litt. from St. Andrews. An award-winning poet and author, Henry has been featured in such publications at The New York Times and The New Yorker. He recently released his newest book, Original Love (Harper Collins, July 2024).
