We are offering a 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation, led by Andy Streich, FHNN and LFV volunteer. Registration preference will be given to FHNN and LFV members and volunteers and current members of the FHNN and LFV Meditation groups. We request you register for this series if you can commit to attending all four sessions. Attending every session will allow you to gain the maximum benefit from this program

Here’s your chance to learn about some of the most dramatic moments in the history of American code making and code breaking.
American Secrets is a virtual tour of the National Cryptologic Museum. This program covers America’s involvement in cryptology from the Revolutionary War through the 20th century.

Limited enrollment. Priority registration for this tour is given to FHNN and Little Falls Village members and active volunteers. There is space for FHNN and LFV friends.
